They designed and installed Quality Kitchen cabinets for us a few years ago. Too many adjustments were needed right away, the cabinets did not stand up to the test of time , although this is a weekend only home and kitchen was not heavily used. The worst thing is that Kurt, the owner, has been and still is completely unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the process, I had to chase him and call many many times. They recommended a counter top person who literally butchered a beautiful slab of quartzite I chose. Even now when I had called them twice and was willing to pay for the necessary refurbishment of the cabinets, they simply never get back to you. Don’t use them if you want to avoid serious aggravation.

Great cabinets and set up process was good. There were a few delays which I understand as well. But there were a few small defects and when I reached out asking it to be fixed they said they’ll schedule a technician. So that never happened and then after multiple attempts to contact them I got no response.

I have been using Kurt and his team on many of my projects for several years now. They carry all styles from modern to transitional to traditional all of high quality and in all price points. They are always courteous, responsive and professional from project planning and design to completion.

This is a strange business! We went there for a kitchen estimate, the representative came to take measurements, we stopped by his showroom again to discuss some additional details and he was supposed to email us a final breakdown and they stopped communicating with us. Then we went back to find out what happened and the representative told us he did not know what happened. They would look into it and be in contact with us very soon. Again we never heard back from them. I did mention that their license had expired. This is a terrible way to run a business. Don't waste your time dealing with them.

I went in there for a uhaul but boy do they care. I will do whatever it takes to keep you happy.
