Central Parking

DO NOT PARK HERE. Not sure what type of poor system they have, but my friend’s car was locked in here by the broken garage door. When trying to find someone to open it, we were given the runaround on who and when they could open it. The number on the garage is a third party and not connected to the people in the building, so it’s basically useless, and each person tells you to talk to someone else. When we spoke to the number on the garage, everyone who picked up was no help, rude, and basically said you’re SOL. Also, the hours posted outside don’t align with the hours the manager tells you—it’s like they’re trying to trick you into paying a “lockout fee.” For your sanity and your car, don’t park here!

Do not park here. If you go past the posted hours, the auto open on garage doesn't work and you will have to leave your vehicle until the next day.

One star is too much! DO NOT PARK HERE! Parked here and paid using the QR code. I paid to be there until 5:36pm but little did I know they shut the garage door and lock your car in there at 5pm. When we were ready to leave, It was nearly impossible to get down into the garage at first but once we did we drove up to the door and there was no way to open it from the inside. There were about half a dozen other families trying to go home too. If you want to close the door at 5pm, fine but there NEEDS to be a way to get your car out, they have no right to keep your car like that. Also why would you close it, keep it open and make the passive income all night? IdK. PRO TIP: The security guard inside the building above the garage can open the door. He's just a jerk about it!

Avoid like the plague! Had an extremely negative experience here. Was met by a couple of Middle Eastern looking guys who barely spoke any English. They wanted me to hand over my credit card to them for them to take payment. When I refused they were abusive, snatched the car keys out of my hand and then drove my car away to one side damaging it in the process.

I work in a building very very close by, I use this parking garage everyday. My company provides 24 hour access to the garage via our personalized key fobs. It is very normal of me to work late hours as i often do. One night in particular, i was working late and when it was time to leave, i was unable to open the garage door . In fact there were 3 other cars behind me experiencing the same issue. When i called the number listed in the garage for assistance, I was transferred to an employee (self proclaimed Manager of the lot). Within the first 45 seconds in speaking to this "Manager", i became very disappointed because he was extremely rude and insensitive to our need to get out the garage.
