Derrick is truly one of a kind. I am fairly certain there isn’t a single roofer in this state who would be as committed to your project as he is. For context: I had wind damage on my 20-year-old roof. Several roofers told me not to file a claim, and others said it was a toss-up. Derrick came out, inspected the roof, and together we decided it was worth trying (and I am so glad we did). I was only missing two shingles, but there was extensive lifting following a summer storm we had. However, given the age of the roof, the claim was a complete toss-up. Even with USAA (which typically helps) this was still very much a long shot. Their initial approval covered only repairs (specifically $700 on a 20 year old roof...). Clayton Pforr, Project Manager, with Central Roofing was originally recommended to us by our daughter's neighbor when it was obvious her roof wouldn't go another year. Clayton answered the phone right away and since we were very satisfied with a job done well and reasonably priced, we thought it was a no-brainer to call him again for our own roof. Again, Clayton responded right away and got us an estimate that was hard to beat. The crew that came out was not only fast (done the same day), but obviously experienced and professional. Care was taken to protect our property and all debris was removed upon completion. I needed the replacement of shingles that had fallen from the ridge vent on my roof. Marshall Daily gave me a quote, ordered the new shingles and made the repairs within a short period of time.
