After a few delays caused by shingle availability, the roof replacement project was finally scheduled and done on Thursday, October 16. The two crews they brought out were absolutely fabulous. Everyone worked very hard and pitched in keeping the job site clean. The quality and workmanship were great and we are super pleased with the results. So thankful for Legacy , Tyler Orr. After I got scammed out of part of my insurance by Buildmasters Kia Aprile from Springfield Illinois. I thought I would in a horrible situation. We had a crazy wind storm last night and we woke up to a phone call from my neighbor about all the shingles in our front yard. Called Legacy Roofing as soon as we walked outside and saw the damage. They had a tech out, Jeff Mingus, within the hour to put a tarp on our roof before the next storm came in! Looking forward to working with Legacy to resolve the issue!

Tyler and his team were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Over the course of this project, any question I had was addressed immediately. Tyler was responsive within the minute and broke everything down for me in an easy to understand manner. He worked with my insurance company and helped explain what they did not. The response time was exceptional and the service was fantastic. The end result has turned out better than I could’ve imagined.
