We had a great experience with Central VA Flooring installing LVP across our newly purchased home. Nick came out on a Friday to take measurements and put together a quote and by the following Saturday the install was complete. Emilee was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the colors, getting the order placed, and scheduling the work. The crew that installed the floors were very professional, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. They were able to remove the old carpet/vinyl and install the new floors in 7 rooms in only 2 days. I highly recommend Central VA Flooring!

Not happy at all. Spent $28k on flooring. Poorly installed trim. For some reason they decided to use the original flooring trim around the fireplace which did not match the white trim they installed, nor the LVP we had installed. Was told it would be fixed and never was. Now I have a huge gap and trim ive tried to find to match at home depot and lowes that matches color but wont fit because the LVP was installed too far away from the brick edge so theres a gap between the trim and LVP. Now I get to sit and stare at this monstrosity every day. Sad that I gave them almost 30 grand and they juat wrote it off as soon as they got our money. We have a whole basement that still needs to be done but we will not be going back to them and I would not recommend them to anyone else either. Multiple ot
