Century Restoration and Construction

I am not one for writing bad reviews, but really feel I need to on this. Tornado hit my house March 14th in Arnold and it is now October 9th, and my house is still not complete. Only a couple small things left, but it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone here to work or respond to calls/texts. I was "promised" that this would be a stress-free process, and they would handle everything from beginning to end and have my house in move-in ready condition, this has not been the case at all. (the tornado took my porch and part of my roof and had tons of water damage and could not live here for a few months). I have had to constantly reach out to find out when work would be done, as I was never provided with any type of schedule. Had to have all interior painting redone because they used flat paint

I called this company for restoration services and was nice over the phone. We made an appointment for them to come out and look at the place. Two guys came out and looked at our home. They said this will be an easy project and we will contact you the next day. I never heard back from them. I called to follow up and still called back. At least you could have let us know you were not interested instead of ghosting us. I do not recommend this company. If I could have given zero stars I would have

We had emergency flooding in our basement. They were able to have someone out the evening we called and first tried to help fix the problem before finding that the damage turned out to be too extensive. They cleared and cleaned everything quickly so that we were able to get started on the rehab. Polite, professional, and productive. I highly recommend for any upcoming projects or emergency situations you might have.

We recently got our roof replaced after some storm damage. It was a stress free experience from beginning to end. The installers were friendly and they didn't leave behind a single piece of material.

I've been very happy with Century Restoration. I had a flood in the middle of July, and they came out within a few hours of me calling them. They were reasonable on their prices, and Patrick was amazing at keeping me informed through the whole process.
