I have been a rural customer for over a year and have had slow speeds since I started. The advertised speeds must be if everyone in the entire world looks off the internet and you are the only one. My up speed bounces between 0-1 and my down speed is usually 4-7. Not ideal if you work from home and use VOIP. Every time I call customer service it is like they have never had a phone call before (probably host shocked that their phones work).

I haven't used the service yet so the rating may change. When I called to set it up, the man I was on the phone with barely spoke English and his side of the call kept messing up. So I used the website. The website wouldn't let me create an account. I couldn't get past "finding the best deals in your area". I ended up resorting to text customer support. The support agent I worked with got me set up quick. A lot of struggle to get internet, if you're gonna go through them just start by doing the text help on the website. So much easier

Been with CL in Plymouth for 15 years. About 5 years ago they started farming out the technical support to Asia so good luck getting an English speaking tech guy on the phone. Which means they are just following a script and really have no clue what they are doing and I have been hung up on literally a dozen times. On my latest issue that lasted 6 months - to summarize it was a nightmare trying to get intelligent life on the phone. Finally on the 4th tech attempt in 6 months I got the tech to come out who verified my findings and installed a new router. Hope the buyout from Lumen produces changes. So only 2 stars until they get the phone support act together.

very unreliable internet that is not capable of providing service to multiple devices in the home concurrently. poor service, connectivity issues, and laggy experience.

Terrible internet. The speed not very good and customer service is awful and a pain to get ahold of. The internet goes out all the time and it takes them ages to fix it.
