The worst internet company to get, got my modem from them hooked it up and it didn’t work and then called to get a technician out. And no one ever came out there customer service is the worst. Long wait times to get someone. One thing they are good at is billing you for everything though, even if your service doesn’t work.

Horrible service I have been cancelled for a service tech to come out 4 times. My parents are elderly and without a phone this is the only way for them to get any help in case of an emergency. On top of that they are the ones who cut my phone line to begin with. If I could do negative stars I would. Customer support is useless and so is there online chat. Get as far away as you can from this company.

If you ever have a problem. Good luck getting any help. I just spent 4+ hours trying to get a phone problem fixed. After all that time the problem is not fixed and now it doesn't work at all. I have been trying for hours just to get them to forward the call from the line they can't get working but they just keep passing the buck. I'm changing to a different company, the customer service is a joke

Use ANYONE but these people, if you have a choice. It's like their people (in Timbuktu) and/or their computers never talk to each other. Every time I call for customer support the computer, nor the human that eventually comes on, can find my account. HOW DO YOU LOSE ACCOUNTS?! Seriously. Fire your programmers and hire new ones! The support person and I scheduled a tech to come "check the line" (code for "we'll charge you another $100 for doing our jobs") for the afternoon and then their computer system called to confirm my MORNING appointment! What?! Seriously? Sorely tempted to switch back to the abhorrent Comcast. Isn't anyone capable of providing low-cost, dependable Internet?

It has taken me a month to get am address to send a modem back. The web site is like a maze for a rat, the phone service means at least 30 minute wait. Couldnt play a game online and watch Netflix. If you use this service it is likely you will regret it.
