We hired Cerios LLC to do a long list of work in our home including repairing, skimming and painting our living room and stairways, removing a motor and patching the ceiling in front of our 20 ft atrium window that was no longer being used, replacing our stair treads, repairing and painting all interior doors, changing hardware, replacing and painting dry rotted boards outside our house, and repairing work poorly done by a previous contractor, among other things. Cesar Rios’s crew, Hector, Emilio and Matteus were extremely responsible, pleasant and helpful, and the quality of their work was excellent. I have worked with Cerios LLC since 2000 to the present. Originally, Cesar's business was primarily painting and wall work. He did meticulous work, inside and out. As the years have gone by, Cesar has expanded his business to be a general contractor providing all manner of interior and exterior house work. Cesar holds his work to the highest standards, his workmen take great care when working in the home to keep the home clean and safe while the men are working for both the workers and our family, and Cesar meets the time deadlines that he establishes. I cannot reccomend Cerios LLC more for your home improvement projects. The owner Cesar and his crew are a pleasure to work with and the quality of the work they do is exceptional. We have used them for both exterior and interior painting as well as having some custom shelving made. Cesar was also able to hire his preferred sub for extra masonry work including installing a new front walkway / stairs and repairs to our external chimney. They were excellent as well. What's nice about Cesar is he is able to see the vision of what you want done and make it reality as you want it or better. Highly recommended!!
