CertaPro of Owings Mills did an excellent job repainting my living room, Dining room, entry hallway and upper hallway. The workers were professional and courteous. They made my old walls that were cracking and water damaged, look like new again. They cleaned up after finishing the job. I was pleased with all the respect they showed me and my property. CertaPro Painters was contracted to paint a ceiling in a two-story living room in addition to a basement ceiling. The home had previously been lived in by a family that smoked heavily and frequently used a fire burning stove. The ceilings were very discolored and stained. In addition, there was water damage from a leaking roof in the living room. The basement had water damage from a toilet that overflowed and the repair was not completed. CertaPro primed (and patched where needed) the entire area prior to painting. The project was difficult because of the two-story nature of living room, skylights, etc. The basement ceiling had a texture finish, which they duplicated very nicely.
