Very positive experience, beginning with a honest quote from the franchise owner for painting our house interior. The office manager was very responsive and helpful with the logistics. The painting crew was punctual, professional, courteous and did excellent work. We highly recommend them and plan on contracting with them for future projects.

We had almost the entirety of our house painted on the inside. The team communicated well with me and the scheduling was easy. The painters were thorough and quick, taking only about 2.5 days to complete the project. They gently moved my furniture out the way and then moved it back upon finishing the project. They worked around an odd schedule we had that week. The house looks impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I look forward to working with them in the future!

98% of the project was completed nicely. There was a door frame to be sanded, primed and painted. The door frame was not sanded smooth, leaving visible old paint chips and there were drips of paint on several areas of the frame. Overall I am happy with the company and their employees. I just wish they had done as good a job on the doorframe as with the rest of the project. I recommend a thorough inspection of any work being done to make sure you are 100% satisfied that a contractor has fulfilled their contract. Follow up: CertaPro Painters came back out and corrected the flawed door trim. That brings thing up to 100% satisfied.
