Also see my earlier review 5 Star on work Certech for me with an Ant problem I was not able to solve myself. Unfortunately, I had another occasion recently to need pest control services in connection with a rat problem I was having. We had used a different service provider 9 months or so earlier and had the problem under control until it wasn’t again! The earlier exclusion work that had been performed had been compromised. I had found the likely place they were getting in and had reset traps in the basement; but, because I had had such a good experience earlier with Fermin and Certech, I called them up to get their professional experience and assessment. Certech was able to send a person out the following day after making appointment, which was good as we tried unsuccessfully to eliminate the ants with multiple attempts prior. The treated inside and out which seemed to have done the trick. We only had a few stray ants for a couple of days but after a week no more ants were seen. It's only been 3 weeks, but we haven't seen any more as of yet.

We had a few estimates and Certech Environment Services had the best price. Plus, Justin was the only one who inspected our crawlspace. That made the difference. The technician, Jonathan, was friendly, knowledgeable, answered our remaining questions with clarity.

Fermin from Certech Environmental Services came to inspect our home after we had issues with rats, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly thorough and professional, checking every part of our property and explaining everything he found.
