I had the pleasure of getting serviced by MDServices. My garage door's spring got broken yesterday. They were fast to respond, understanding the problem and providing me with an estimate, which was more than reasonable. Then one of their guys showed up, on time and as scheduled, and patiently explained to me the problem and how he's going to fix it. And then he did it, taking more time to explain how to do proper future maintenance so problems can be prevented. These guys were professional, polite, and very reasonably priced. I lost my garage remote control and needed assistance because I only had one. Michael answered and was so calm which is the energy I needed in this time. I explained my situation and he let me know that they do complimentary consultations. He came over and fixed the problem. What I also appreciated was the patience he took with me because I didn’t have my card with me. After running all over my house I found it and he let me know it was ok. I paid and now I have two remotes for my garage. The service was easy, dependable and from a very kind person. Thank you Michael! I hope I don’t lose any of these remotes but if I do, I’ll know who to call.
