We interviewed several companies for a full house remodel (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, new stairway, construction, new lights, the full job!) While other companies sent designers who wanted to "tell us what we should get", Itay came himself, and wanted to know what WE wanted. If we weren't quite sure on a certain room, he would make suggestions and show pictures of other jobs. He offered a very reasonable price as well as time estimate, which he hit down to the day. We also used his company's design services and computer models to better picture the best ways to re-do our kitchen and bathroom, which was a huge help. We were looking to remodel our kitchen and floors. We hired Top Remodeling and Design. Itay Snof and his team were great from the beginning, explaining to us every step of the work and what to expect in terms of using the kitchen etc. It wasn't as "painful" as we expected, the kitchen wasn't usable only for a short period of time and the result is amazing! We now have a modern looking floor and kitchen, with high quality materials and more cabinets space than what we used to have before.

Itay and the subcontractors he had on retainer are all top notch. We had our hallway bathroom gutted and remodeled with new tile in the shower, a new vanity and mirror, recessed lighting, new laminate flooring, and fresh paint on the walls. Itay offered competitive pricing and the work performed was according to schedule and of the quality expected. As with every construction project I’ve had, something unexpected always comes up (make sure the shower door is included in the price because I assumed it was but it wasn’t), but we discussed each issue and reached a reasonable resolution. We were charged extra for the shower door installation, but not for the extra handheld showerhead that they installed (which involved a decent amount of work) and some plumbing around the toilet which was
