Excellent customer service. Greg was very friendly and professional. They had some of the carpet I liked but had to order more as well. Took less than a week. I took home samples for a few days to get an idea of what I wanted. I would definitely use again.

Nothing “certified” about this company. Bought laminate flooring. The locking system failed, causing several spots to separate. A rep from the company came out, told my husband, “there shouldn’t be a problem replacing it.” Nope. $7,000 in the hole. WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.

Love this place. Great selection and good process. Employees in the showroom are very helpful. The workers in the back dock area are no nonsense and efficient. The financial business office staff also get you in and out. Overall, I've only had good experiences there.
