Terrible customer experience. I called about an easy removal job, was told someone would give me a call back, and was greeted with (the same) rude representative when I called back. She said that I reached the after hours service and it hadn’t been processed yet... nope, I talked directly to her. I’m not going to support a business that isn’t timely and is also rude to customers when they’re at fault.
These guys were great! Efficient and quick communication. Crazy fast results. Would absolutely recommend Flarhaty Tree Service to anyone looking for top notch professional service.
Professional, friendly and great value of services, these guys did an excellent job and was quick. I recommend using them.
They knocked down a section of my fence and won't respond to my complaint!!!!
