5 Ray did excellent work. Very meticulous and hard working. He must be your top installer. I hope I can get him on our next job in about a week.

So impressed with the whole process from store to finish. They took their time and helped me pick the right type of carpet and padding. Then their carpet installers were pretty much the icing on the cake. They came in did their job cleaned up and left. Also I had a special type of way I wanted my steps which was forgotten on my contract I reached out immediately to my sales person she texted me right back and approved what was forgotten they finished it up no problems and even moved furniture they weren't supposed to back in place for me! The price was also fantastic. Getting my hardwood floor put in as soon as I pay off my carpeting. I added a picture of the steps.

We just bought our first house and had Molyneaux replace all the carpets before we moved in. I like that Molyneaux staff were friendly, and i like how the carpet feels. And I like that they had some flexibility working around our schedule. There was a little problem with the carpet after installation, but Molyneaux reached out to me and made things right.

My experience with Molyneaux has been expensive and ineffective. I original contracted molyneaux to put in a new vinyl plank floor in the kitchen in December 2021. Within a year, the floors shifted and turned up. Molyneaux said the cause of this was due to “water”, but upon further inspection, they didn’t find any water damage. Fortunately, the floors were still under warranty and was repaired. Fast forward to today, May 2023, the floors have shifted and turned up again after Molyneaux’s repair. Since the floor is not under warranty, they want to charge me $850 to repair the floor again even though they never addressed the underlying issue the first time. It’s hard to give them more than a one star review after my experience with them.
