Certified Carpet

Dropped 2 area rugs off was told it would be 7 -10 days. Exactly 7 days later I picked them up. What a difference, they look like brand new rugs. Thank you for a job well done!

Excellent service! I took my rug for a refresh after being subject to 4 dogs and you would never even know now. They did such a wonderful job you would think the rug is brand new. Prompt and professional service from drop off to pick up. It's hard to find people and businesses who are committed to great service these days. Bravo!

I actually called around to price area rug cleaning prior to making the appointment w/Certified Carpet. Their pricing was by far the most competitive, and offered pick-up and delivery, which is definitely an advantage. My area rug is several years old and just simply needed refreshed, no stains present. So while the rug wasn't in bad shape, I was so pleasantly surprised by how NEW it looked upon delivery from cleaning and scotchguarding. And while the carpet looked great, it is not the only reason for providing this review. Two gentlemen by the names of Andy and Glenn provided the service. Kudos to Certified for employing kind, knowledgeable and capable team members. Awesome experience from start to finish. Originally dropped off a few Persian rugs to get cleaned. Grace at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. Joe explained the cleaning process and what to expect. During that time, he also got me set up with on site carpet and furniture steam cleaning. Fair prices and very skilled staff. Thank you!

Two part review with an average score. My daughter bought a dirty stinking rug that she loved. When I brought it to Certified I told them it probably will not be perfect but do your best. They have a machine they run it through and people come from many miles around for this service. They met my expectations. Not completely clean but I did not expect that. It no longer smells. Second part is the cleaning of my basement stairs. After 3 days it was still damp and it smelled awful. The guy who looked at this problem was shocked. Even with so so ventilation in that area it shouldn't have been that way. He sprayed it and put an industrial fan on it and it dried and didn't smell. A few stains remained but my wife used a product called Spot Shot on it and it worked. 3+5=8 8/2=4
