Certified Chimney Inspections

Brian was friendly over the phone when I booked the appointment. They were forgiving when I missed the tech on arrival at my home and they sent him back again when I called on realizing that I was lost in my work and ignored the calling bell. When Seth arrived with his assistant, they were cool about it. To top it off, the problem turned out to be simple and they didn't charge for it. I wouldn't have minded paying. I do appreciate professionalism and their going the extra effort to please the customer.

Jamie arrived on time, explained everything in clear terms, and handled the work with great care and attention to detail. The service was thorough, clean, and done with real skill. I truly appreciate the level of respect and honesty shown throughout the visit. I will absolutely continue using your company for any future chimney needs. I would highly recommend Certified Chimney because of Jamie's professional attitude, care and attention he paid to the job. It was a breathe of fresh air for me, a home owner, to deal with someone like him.

Jamie and his colleague were very professional and did their best to fix our fireplace but were unable to. They went over the options for us and provided a few suggestions. If we end up replacing our unit we'll give Certified a call.
