Cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his crew. The communication leading up to the installation of our new boiler, the installation itself, the price....it was all 10/10. I would recommend them to anyone. Honestly the best service and a genuinely great company. Every single member of the crew was just awesome and the way they work together should be an example to any company. Its clear they enjoy working together and are a well oiled machine and our old house did not make install easy!

From a Cold Holiday Emergency to a Christmas Miracle~Thank You, K & B! Six days before Christmas, my home had been without heat for five days in dangerously cold temperatures. My previous HVAC company, which had recently been sold to profit-oriented owners unbeknownst to me, left me stranded with a “no-call, no-show”on a Friday evening after making me wait nearly a week for a part. Feeling hopeless, cold and unsure where to turn after hours, I found K & B Heating and Cooling online. Their five star rating seemed almost too good to be true in those hopeless hours, but they were truly a godsend. The owner, Brandon, answered my phone call personally on a Friday evening. 10/10 I CANNOT recommend this company enough. I cannot thank Brandon enough for helping me out this weekend. He organized a furnace and installation on a Sunday for me as it was an emergency. His team communicated very well with me through the process and keep me informed. Pricing was very reasonable for the circumstances. Brandon was also out of state at the time and still managed to get everything done for me. I will definitely use him in future. It was a pleasure!

Our heat went out the first night of a big snowstorm and no other HVAC company would come out. I called K&B and Brandon showed up that same night around 8:30 PM. Even with all the snow, he kept us updated, found the part first thing Monday morning, and had our heat fixed by 11 AM. He even replaced the filter for us. Super fast, professional, and reliable. I had an issue with my heat the day of the big snow storm last week and Brandon was able to get someone from his team over to my house that day. The guy he sent was very professional and fixed the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
