I had a really disappointing experience at Lowe’s because of a manager named Phil. Customer service should be respectful, especially from management. I hope the store works on improving how customers are treated.

I drive an extra 20 minutes to this lowes because the customer service is incredible (Cranston store is horrendous). Ive had a bunch of returns that were a headache! Lisa was great! She made the process smooth ,easy with no complications. James was also a huge help . Thankyou to both -N.Smithfield store 🤗

walked in at 6 not realizing the store had just closed but my key fob died in kohl’s parking lot and it’s 18 degree weather out. tried to explain my situation to a worker asking if i could quickly buy a battery to be able to get into my car as they stopped me at the door but with no compassion they said no they’re closed. i will never bring my business here again.

Everyone was so wonderful at this Lowes today - the cashier, the other sales associates. It was my first time shopping there. I want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Omar and Martin. Omar noticed I was struggling to load my cart with bagged mulch (I am a petite woman with a bad back - had back surgery a few years ago) He quickly came over to me to let me know he could make it much easier to get what I needed. He told me to check out for the mulch, drive out to the back and he would load it into my vehicle. I was so relieved! I did just that and Omar and Martin were there to load the mulch into my car - super friendly and helpful! I tried giving them a cash tip but they refused it. So I want to "tip them" by praising them through this review - they really made me feel like a val

I visited this location to make a simple return at 12 PM on Dec 11 and unfortunately had a very negative experience with an employee named Kelly. My item, which was only $6, had become damaged, and I simply asked if it was possible to return it. Instead of assistance, I was met with unnecessary attitude, and she stated it wasn’t her fault it was damaged and would not process the return. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, yet was met with extreme rudeness. As a person of color, I couldn’t help but wonder if the way I was treated was influenced by bias, as the hostility felt completely unprovoked. As a Gold Key member who spends a significant amount at Lowe’s, I’ve never felt so disrespected by an employee. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the
