Certified Irrigation

Everyone we’ve talked to about Certified the owner says they need new sprinkler heads and we’ve talked to at least 4 people. He proceeds to do the work without showing you the actual problem. I’m beginning to think there’s nothing wrong with the heads. My $75.00 turn on became $160.00 because he claimed I needed, you guessed it “new sprinkler heads, swivel joints and nozzles. When I mentioned his raising the turn on price from $50 to $75 he got a little snippy with me saying everything has gone up. I haven’t raised prices in 10 years and people want to complain. Not a good impression of professionalism for a new customer. I wonder what other options are there, the other company I reached out to wanted us to pay for the service before they even came out to check the system, that is not how

First problem is they call a night before they want to do everyone he services. That way he only has to come one time.If you do not answer he just comes banging on the door. I was quoted 50 to turn on system. He came to my door with a 280 bill and demanded payment for repairs he made. This is the second time he has done this. I told him I want to see issues and costs before he does the work. Instead, he does repairs and just bills you with no approval for the work and expects immediate payment. We live in a senior community where folks are on a fixed budget. I will never use him again and hope his monopoly goes down the drain

These guys took my 82 yr. old mother for a ride on her bill. Tacked on fixing wiring, nozzles, relocating sprinkler head? and more . Was supposed to be a spring turn on and the bill went to $350. They were at her house for 1/2 an hour. There is not a spot of dirt disturbed at any sprinkler heads or valves anywhere. They call themselves certified yet have no contractor # on their receipt. SHAMEFUL!

Mike did a nice job on our irrigation and lighting for our home. I would highly recommend them.

Mike was so helpfully and sweet. He showed me how to manage the system on a daily basis . He went above and beyond explaining the system and we picked days the system would go on. Super polite and helpful. I would totally recommend them. I give them 5 stars!!
