Chad & Tracey Construction Llc

We sub a lot of work out with these guys and they do same for us. From our experience we have not had any issues. We enjoy the company environment and the structure of how this company operates. Everybody that starts construction companies from ground up has learning experiences . My company has had plenty, but one thing I can say is I look up to Chad and his wife. They have helped me learn and grow more then I could have not knowing them. If you want a family run honest business too support, go no further. They can do EVERYTHING from big commercial projects down to small jobs.

Chad and Tracey are complete con artists. Beware! My bathroom remodel was 8 weeks over schedule. Constantly lied about when people would show up and constantly asked for money. Before they even finished the project, Chad demanded the money if I wanted it finished. I paid him....which I see was my mistake but I had good faith. Here are the pics of what he left me with and now Chad or Tracey won’t respond to any messages. The paint and grout were messed up with black spots and grout smeared. Got paint on all my new shelves. These are just a few pics from the nightmare I endured with this company.

BE VERY CAREFUL: I found Chad and Tracey Construction on thumbtack. His team did an excellent job installing a new luxury vinyl floor in our patio room. We also had them install a radiant floor under the floor which is on a concrete slab. Initially, everything worked great. I still love the floor (Home Depot's Life Proof which Chad recommended) and it had warmed to a nice 72 degrees (our setting). HOWEVER, on February 2, 2020 (Superbowl Sunday) the heated floor which they installed stopped working. Chad came out and looked at it within a week. He called the manufacturer and told us he was unable to fix it due to a manufacturing part needed. The needed part came in in early March 2020. As we are filing legal proceedings I will not go into details here. We had work done by Mr. Johnson and contacted him regarding his warranty on his work. In the beginning he worked well with me, however, I later found out he had been misleading me and was not going to honor his warranty as stated. We attempted to work with Mr. Johnson but he refused to work with us or fix the improper installation. We had to pay another contractor to fix the work done by Mr. Johnson’s company in order to not lose the sale of our home. We tried to work with Mr. Johnson to replace the floor but he refused to work with us. We have since attempted to contact Mr. Johnson to settle the matter but he is refusing to communicate or work with us. I feel the public should be aware that Mr. Johnson refuses to comm

Chad conned us out of $16,000. I relate to SO many of the reviews I’m reading!! He lied to us so many times, HUGE tall tales. The work was unprofessional, not even close to up to code, he asked for final payment before project was done, and then never completed it. Working with his company has been devastating, please take this warning seriously and do NOT hire this company. Chad came across as trustworthy and professional when we hired him, but WOW as the project went on, his true colors showed.
