I had a great experience with both employees on separate occasions. They are very professional, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. They took the time to explain the ins and outs on any questions I had. Chambersburg Super Techs will definitely be my go to hvac service people from now on. And I can’t leave out the lady that schedules the appointments, she is very friendly and is good at getting you set up with same day appointments in emergencies. So thank all of you at Chambersburg Super Techs for putting my mind at ease and keeping my family warm !!

They came out on a Friday, quickly diagnosed my oil furnace issue, and fixed it the right way without any upselling. The technician clearly knew oil burners, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was running safely before leaving. Professional, honest, and reliable — highly recommend.

Reagan was so polite, easy going and professional. Getting heat back in 3 degree windy weather was so important for myself and my 3 dogs. He figured out the problem easily and reassured me. I am so so grateful that he made the 1 hr 50 min drive to help us. He even found my condo at Blue Knob without needing to call for specific directions. Thank you very very much Reagan. Company is lucky to have him!
