Noel knows his business. He helped my daughter with a pin size hole where she was loosing water in the above ground pool the kids enjoyed. He took the time and helped her with what he described as pool school. Teaching her basics to ensure the pool stays healthy and clean. He was patient and made sure she understood. He is definitely worth it!

Champaign Pool Pros is well named. Noel Valade and his crew are highly professional. He immediately responded to our request for service (installing a new pool pump) with an estimate. Noel installed the new pool pump in a timely and (using his extensive knowledge of various pool pumps) highly capable manner. He diagnosed a long-standing problem (cracked PCV piping that permitted air into the system and that interfered with efficient water flow) and knew exactly what parts to order to fix the problem. Subsequently, Noel diagnosed why our pool-step railing would not seat properly and securely and fixed that problem. We are so pleased and, indeed, impressed, we plan to use Champaign Pool Pros for all our future pool-related servicing, including step repairs next fall.
