Champion Mulch & Landscape Supply

While I fully understand supply and demand, I was greatly disappointed that Champion Mulch & Landscape changed their price for road salt from $200/ton last night to $275/ton this morning. They loaded it for us from the exact same pile this morning as yesterday - it was not a new delivery they had to pay more for. Sad - very sad - and shameful to exploit the customers in this way.

Formerly LIA landscaping. Now part of the Champion Landscaping and Equipment chain. Friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased 2 cubic yards of their brown dyed mulch. It is very nicely shredded with a consistent texture and a rich pleasing smell. Reasonably priced as well. I will be going back for more. They also have stone, gravel, etc. Update 4/18/2024 Still incredibly good quality control on their mulch. Jon inside is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a small trailer that had split rail fencing material in it that I had to unload, load my mulch and reload. A woman driver named McKenzie from a different Champion store volunteered and helped me unload the fence rails. Great quality. Timely delivery. Their bagged ultra black mulch (bought on sale) is better than all similar products from local sources. There are no big chunks of colored wood.

Champions the worst place, the people who work there should look for another job, they treat you reluctantly, I have always put up with their bad temper but this time it was too much, I went in to throw a load of branches at 7:45 am, they told me they would work until 8 am but because I came in early they would charge me 65 dollars when normally you pay 40 dollars, they insulted me with shouts, it will be the last time I go to this place, please look for other options, we are not looking for anything for free, good luck with those people
