Champion Pest Services

We have used Champion Pest to treat our home in a wooded, semi-rural area of Johnston County since 2014. They are a family owned business and truly care about providing good quality services and their customer service is excellent!! So many times, a good company does not last long, eventually disappointing us in quality of service and/or customer service. I am thrilled to say that Champion (Benjamin, the owner and Curtis--one of the techs) has maintained quality services and wonderful customer services for many years. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, courteous and stand behind their work.

I personally have never done business with Champion but I do have an issue with them. When an employee leaves them to go to another one, they like to tell customers that they are no longer working in the industry because they’re afraid customers will follow that former employee. They have lost a couple of accounts doing this. Customers don’t like being lied to. Also, one of the owners really needs to learn how to be professional when responding to reviews. It’s not about winning an argument it’s about letting the customer know you’ve heard them.

We had another pest service but they did not stick to the price on the contract so we called Champion. Best call we made regarding pest services. They have wonderful prices and they stick to their price. They do a great job and do not charge for services you do not need which most others do. I am very impressed with the integrity of this company. It feels like a family business atmosphere.
