Champion Replacement Windows of Minneapolis

Poor installation experience. It took five separate trips over three months to correctly install six windows and one sliding door. Initial window measurements were incorrect and required a reorder. Second order still was not right and required a third order. One window frame was damaged during third install attempt, resulting in a reorder and yet another install appointment. Each visit required me to take time off work and remove then reinstall window treatments. Sliding door installation resulted in frost forming on door jamb due to lack of insulation. I would not recommend this company.

WOW Amazing demo and quote by factory reps Luke and Derek! They gave us so much education. We originally wanted a screened in patio. After the amazing demonstration of craftsmanship and quality we learned from these guys we have to have a 3 seasons room! They shared the why in their company. They were incredibly personable. They connected with us on a personal level, listen to our story and ensured that what we wanted was done ethically. These guys love what they do and care about their company it shows in the way they educated us on our needs. I was hesitant before we met them and I am for sure going to go with the sunroom

NEVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! We just spent a full summer of misery getting a sunroom built my them, and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. No one communicates with you, no one calls back when they say they will, and there is absolutely no accountability by anyone, including upper management. We had nothing but issues with Champion from the very beginning. The service was so terrible - I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. There were so many issues that I don’t even know where to start, but this should tell you all you need to know - once our sunroom was “done” by their crew, Champion had to contract out someone else who spent a full week fixing and repairing all the damage that the original crew did. We just recently (last week) had to call several times to get someone here to fix m

I am working to replace some old windows and had a few different places come out for a quote. One company never gave a final quote and another had a number double what was expected. Champion showed up on the scheduled date and gave a fair price quote that was within the range I was hoping for. They aren't the cheapest, but their warranty and quality are definitely top tier and worth it. Measurements were taken earlier this week and they were very professional for that too. Provided some useful instructions to prepare. Now, I'm just waiting on install that should be in a couple of months. That was expected and just the nature of a busy market. Will update later. So far, it has been an excellent experience. If you need quality, there are no better. UPDATE SINCE INSTALL: Windows are great. M
