Champion roofing came through. So, my wife and I just purchased a property in Altoona and were advised by our insurance company that we need to replace the roof or they would cancel our policy by May 17th. We were notified of this in the last week of April. I called Champion Roofing and they were able to provide me with quote the same day. I called other locations but they couldn’t provide me with a 15 year warranty. The quote was lower than their competitors and they also had a significant amount of 5 star reviews. John Falco came out and spent several hours with us looking over everything, explaining every little detail to us, and answering all of our questions. We appreciated that he went so in depth and when he left we fully understood the issues with our roof and how they would be fixed. Champion roofing recently replaced my main roof due to wind damage and normal wear and tear. Not only was the customer service easy to work with, she also worked directly with my insurance company to help make this process as smooth as possible. The sales representative Chris Buchanan was kind and courteous. He knew what he was talking about and represented his company very well. As for the quality of work...TOP NOTCH!!! The gentlemen showed up to work. They completed my roof in 1 day. Laid new OSB sheathing and shingles. Upon completion they cleaned up the job site. Fantastic workers, Champion Roofing is family owned and operated, and I got the pleasure to meet with 4 of the Zimmerman for my roofing journey. In short summary Andrew (our salesmen) answered all of our questions, the crew was amazing and hard working. The end product is something I’m proud off and show to everyone that visits.
