Champions Garage

I paid $5 upon entry to get into the garage. The machine did not print out any ticket so I assumed that maybe the exit gate would just let me out when I left. However, the exit gate asked to scan my ticket to leave. I did not have this so pressed the button to call for help, but no one answered. At this point I was trapped in the exit in front of other cars so was forced to pay the $15 “lost ticket” fee. I saw others locked in the garage also when I was walking to my car. I tried calling them multiple times to ask for a refund and no one picks up.

Parked there for the first and last time on 8/18/25 for a Pirates game. Would give zero stars if I could. The layout of this garage sucks the entrance/exit for cars and people is in right front corner while the elevator is in the back left corner. They advertise themselves as being a great lease option for working down town, because the T-station is across the street. After returning to your car you have walk all the way through the garage to the elevator with no security present. Plenty of homeless people on the street outside, but no security inside. Every garage I have ever parked in has the elevator next to the entrance/exit of the garage, not buried in the back corner. Who approved this stupid design???

I parked there on Friday evening, March 14, 2025. The sign by the curb said parking was $5 for 2 hours. When I got to the gate, the machine said it was a $15 event rate prepaid. No option to choose a different rate, or call for help. There were cars behind me so I couldn’t back out. No option other than to pay $15 at that point. Also, there were NO EVENTS at Acrisure or PNC Park, or anywhere on the north shore. I have pictures of the sign and my receipt. This is clearly false advertising and unfair trade practices, and I will be taking steps to report it.

Prepaid via ParkMobile for a 'reservation' in this garage. $28.75 for Pirates vs Cardinals. It was a Skenes day so I wanted to ensure a spot. Arrived and scanned the QR and said invalid reservation. Tried multiple times and received the same error. Line of cars behind me so I could not back out, forced to pay again, $25.00. I have both receipts, I emailed the garage and received no response upon 2 separate emails. Based on other comments, this is a bit of a scam and needs looked into. Terrible business practices, but not surprised. 0 star review should be an option.

We utilized the prepaid option, it was an easy process and no issues finding a parking spot in the garage. Tight spaces but that's usually true of all parking structues/garages. We attended a Pirates baseball game, it was awesome.
