As a busy stay-at-home mom and renter, I wasn’t expecting much—just a basic cut. But James with Chapman Curb Appeal went above and beyond. He came out same day (within just a few hours!), was super professional, easy to communicate with, and incredibly respectful. We worked out a quick solution to fit my budget — which was totally fine by me and helped keep costs down. Chapman curb appeal has not only done an amazing job on our flower bed but has also set up our Christmas lights on the exterior of our home. Reliable, courteous, and did an amazing job. I had a fantastic experience with this team for my holiday lighting! They were professional and prompt, coming out right before Christmas to set everything up and returning shortly after New Year's to take them down. It made the season so much easier. If you're in the Rockwall area and need reliable Christmas light installation, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using them again next year!

Chapman Curb appeal was prompt in replying to a request, arrived as scheduled, courteous and provided great service. They are coming back to blow leaves from my gutters soon. I sure recommend this company for lawn service and intend to call them again.
