R3 A/C & Heating

R3 came out within a few hours after my call - Great service! They replaced a 5-amp fuse that had blown. I have an older system and AJ had to come back the following day. AJ knew that I preferred to do whatever is needed to keep the system going so he replaced some key components that will keep the system going. I had the AC checked 3 months earlier by some other firm. Going forward, R3 A/C & Heating is my Go To! I signed up for quarterly maintenance in order to keep the compressor going.

Randy was quick to come out and service our unit. Our unit went out during the heat we recently had in December, when I reached out he came out less than 24 hours and definitely stayed below our budget. He was professional, courteous and honest with what went wrong. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need and will definitely be using him again. 👍

After my AC broke down mid-June, I called around multiple AC repair companies to fix our AC and R3 A/C & Heating was the only one that was able to send out someone to my house the very next day on a weekend! I was very thankful for their availability since I had a newborn to take care of. Most of the AC companies didn't have anyone available until a full week after, which is ridiculous amount of time to wait especially during the hot summer month. Exceptional Service and Professionalism!

Great experience. Was referred to R3 from my old A/C company that retired. Randy serviced the A/C at my rental home. The tenants told me he was there on time and fixed the duct that had become compromised. I was sent an invoice to pay online. Couldn't have been easier!

Randy is the best. He has been doing yearly maintenance and repair for our family for 5 years now. He is honest which is hard to find in the AC business. I recommend him to all my family and friends whenever they inquire about who we use.
