The technician, David, was thorough and professional. He inspected both the outside unit and the unit in the attic, made the necessary repairs, cleaned everything, and added Freon. What I appreciated most was how informative he was — he took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. Since we’ll need a new unit in the future, he walked us through all of our options in a “good, better, best” format, explained financing, and answered every question without any pressure. Ivy Air is a great company. I called at a few minutes before 5 on 10/15 and had a tech out at the promised window on 10/16. David gave me great tips on ways to lower my energy costs and estimates on a couple of optional items. David was thorough in my first PM appointment reviewing my concerns with the AC system, checked out my heat pump and has our system sounding and cooling better.
