Chapman's construction

I used Chapman’s for overall repair, painting, backsplash and replacement of my bathroom floor. I was pleased with all, except for the bathroom floor, which was a disaster. Chris Chapman replaced my bathroom floor LVP with ceramic tile. The same evening that Chris completed the floor, the tiles were moving, as the grouting was cracking up, immediately. I contacted Chris the evening they finished (when I heard sounds as I walked on the floor) and advised that the tiles were moving as I stepped on them, & were literally making crunching noises. He advised that he would repair, but I would have to pay him to redo it! Chris advised that he told me not to walk on it. He had told me not to walk on it the PREVIOUS two nights, but upon completion of the floor, his only instructions were not to was

Chapmans team really went above and beyond. Coached us through whole process.Very professional sub contractors. Very nice experience.Quickly dealt with any issues that arose. We were picky clients but they really took care of us. Trevor , Ethan and thier team were awesome to work with and we will definately use them again

This company did a great job. They installed a roof in my older home. They were on time, very professional, and cleaned up the job site very well.
