Charles A Talcott Well Drilling

Talcott was at my house approx 2 hrs from call. Diagnosed problem, replaced pressure switch to fix water pressure issue, very polite cleaned up. Done in Short order, well done. Would highly recommend .

I had to have a new well pressure tank and pressure switch installed today by Talcott’s. The tank and switch I installed 15 years ago failed and water pressure decreased. I adjusted the switch to turn on at as high as possible. Also adjusted it to shut off as high as possible. Did not help much. The tank bladder was bad. Justin and Zack did great job with the repair. All good now with the 46 year old original submersible pump.

Well died, needed an re-drill, called them, Answered the phone, said they’d call at 9:30am before they came to look at our well as we were w/out water. Never called or came. I’m sure they do good work as they were recommended by a lot of people…..but we didn’t have a good experience.

They where honest, fair priced, well mannered, very respectful of our situation. Was here when we had our emergency. Explained everything they where doing and never talked down to us. Highly recommended will use again if we need it.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon because suddenly we had no running water - they came out first thing Monday to diagnose the issue and were able to repair it quickly! Very happy with the responsiveness, would recommend!
