Top Tier is a friendly group that quickly stepped in when our existing lawn care provider abruptly terminated service with several residential customers. I was pleased with their lawn care service, though I no longer use them. It the spirit of fairness, I was at the far end of their service range from the beginning, which was a point of agreement in ending their services. That being said, the following incident lingers as a customer service disappointment. Top Tier mentioned they perform brush hog work. They provided a bid for an adjacent overgrown lot, which I accepted, and the lot turned out well. While on site, they were also hired to brush hog a portion of our neighbor’s property. Don't use this company if you expect to be treated good. They came twice to plow.. super friendly, please call when you need us. I texted to see if he could plow the next day (last week, for plow Wed) he said I be available tomorrow. Perfect.. . until tomorrow came and went and texts and a phone call (VM) went unanswered. I had told him that we needed to be able to get out Friday.. so on Friday morning I had to call someone else to get out. They have not answered why they said they would be here and then ghosted me. I'd rather they said hey we can't get there.. but to go silent. Zero accountability or customer service. Word of mouth is a great advertising... just now will be in a different light. Don't bother calling, they prolly won't answer anyway.

A job well done for an excellent price! Great communication on what exactly we wanted done. Very professional to deal with and I am extremely happy!!!!!! Cleaned up when job was done. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Before and after pictures

Colton from Top Tier Services delivered a load of mulch for me from Got Mulch. Super easy to deal with, very polite and courteous and there was no issue with the time I needed it delivered. They offer a bunch of great services not just delivering mulch. Will definitely be calling again! Thanks so much.

We needed our outdoor hydrant replaced due to the underground piping rusting and leaking. The leak was so bad we had to turn off all the water going outdoors. We have a farm with livestock and vegetable gardens that require large amounts of water use. I called Colton on a Friday morning, he was at our house Friday afternoon to evaluate the job and he came first thing Monday morning to do the job for us. Colton was very nice to work with. We were so grateful for the urgency he placed on our situation. He was efficient with his time. The price was very fair, and our hydrant is working wonderfully! Our water pressure outside has improved tremendously and our farm is operating all the more efficiently! We will definitely use Top Tier Services again for any future projects that come up. We high
