Charles B. Gans Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Charles a Gans plumbing since we moved into Haverford in 1987. We just had our indirect hot water heater replaced as the 15+ year unit was leaking. The installers , Colin and Scott, were professional and making sure that all the pipes were level for aesthetics , and of course not leaking. They did s marvelous job of cleaning up afterwards as if they were never there. It’s always a pleasure to work with people that actually care.

The Gans crew made my bathroom project go so smoothly. The guys were professional and clean. They also service my boiler and AC. Nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Too notch !

Can't say enough about these folks. This was my first interaction with Gans (certainly won't be my last)! They answered all of my questions regarding our new water heater, explaining why one would work better for our home than what we originally wanted (tankless gas). Everything from our initial estimate (Brian was great), to scheduling, to the technicians who did the install (thank you Colin!) was professional and I felt completely safe. Thanks Gans. My father-in-law introduced me to Charlie Gans and his team over 30 years ago. I’ve used them thru 2 home renovations/additions and annual service for both plumbing and heat & A/C. Their staff and technicians are top notch and they take pride in what they do. They are a pleasure to work with and I would not use any other firm. While they are still family owned and operated (which we love), they have many system efficiencies that make working with them an absolute pleasure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We needed a new heater for our house. Gans Plumbing gave us a very competitive price. I also had our hot water heater replaced at the same time since it was 13 years old and needed to be removed to change out the heater . The staff was terrific to work with. The work performed was completed on time and without any issues. The work area was left clean. I would highly recommend Charles B. Gans.
