Honest, fair, flexible, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better guy than Charlie to help me out with the replacement of my chimney cap. He explained the process, fielded my questions, and completed the work in an efficient manner. Lacey was super easy to work with for scheduling. Charlie is salt of the earth; I recommend his services without hesitation. Very satisfied!

I recently had my chimney relined by Charlie's Chimneys. From the initial inspection to completing the work Charlie was great. Unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with this company. After the owner did the sweep, leaving the woodstove area and clean out full of debris instead of vacuuming it clean when it was done, and avoiding cleaning the interior near the top of the chimney because he didn’t want to get out his ladder (was done w/a flexible brush from bottom that wasn’t long enough to clean the whole length of chimney), we were told our chimney had a crack in the liner and that it had experienced a chimney fire. He encouraged us to go through our insurance provider to get them to pay for the balance of about $7K in liner replacement costs. The photos shown to us didn’t depict a crack as was mentioned but rather a surface scrape. There were a few red flags in the stated anal

Before choosing Charlie's Chimneys (I have a woodstove) I did some price comparison. Charlie's were the most reasonable. When Charlie came to the house he was professional and very pleasant. He took his time cleaning and inspecting the chimney. After he was done, I asked Charlie how he got into the business. He stated that he had been doing this since he was a boy with his dad. I was most impressed with Charlie's demeanor, professionalism and cleanup. He did not leave a speck of ash/dirt. I will certainly be requesting Charlie's Chimneys services again when needed.
