Garrett Pillsbury’s Brendan Huot did excellent work on our heating system that is powered by propane. Our furnace broke down and wholesalers were unpredictable in delivering the required parts. Brendan did the work he could while awaiting the parts and, once the suppliers delivered to GP, Brendan spent the better part of a day dismantling the broken parts and rebuilding. Brendan did an excellent job, kept the work area and all passageways from furnace to his truck clean. And it started up and is running well. We have used GP at our prior house and , as with this repair, had work done well and with a friendly demeanor.

Another great service call by Alex from Garrett Pillsbury. We woke up to 60degrees with no heat or hot water. Alex came in a timely fashion and fixed our malfunction. So glad to be a customer of a reliable Heating Company and highly recommend Garrett Pillsbury. Thanks!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this company! They first came to our rescue last August when our A/C quit during a heat wave. Not an emergency, obviously, but we had a newly rescued and very sick rescue puppy who was not tolerating the heat well, so we were extremely appreciative! The technician diagnosed the problem, left to get the part, and had us up and running in less than an hour. Pretty amazing. Fast forward to now. Garrett Pilsbury runs our complete HVAC and also delivers our propane. They have spent hours bringing our propane delivery system up to code (including diagnosing leaks-yikes), fixed our boiler twice, diagnosed the leak in our hot water heater, installed beautiful new fixtures in our bathroom and kitchen, and even found us a propane fireplace company when

Not many companies today actually offer same day emergency service. Garrett Pillsbury not only does but fit me in so they could at least stop the faucet from leaking. Where here about an hour after I called. Technicians are always pleasant and helpful.

UPDATE - If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. The reply below is full of inaccuracies. I always paid immediately upon receipt of invoice. Their plumber is lying because the door was left open. Also, this "response" is the first that I heard that they discounted the invoice -- only after I demanded return of my key, posted this negative review, and told them I wouldn't pay them. Spend your money some where else! At first, things were good -- expensive but good. However, recently the following things occurred: 1. When our house was re-opened after the winter, the plumber clearly did not test the water temperature and it wasn't the same as when it was closed. Both my husband and I tried to shower and the water was cold. 2. The plumber left my front door WIDE OPEN
