Charlie's Wells Irrigation

We are hoping to correct the stains and the on-going function of the well system you installed. Chris arrived this morning and committed to correct the problems we have experienced. He was very pleasant. He was reassuring . . .unfortunately, when I came home this afternoon, the stains are still present. He said they are a result of a clogged pinhole-filter and a non-functioning system we have a build up of rust everywhere. The stains are still present. I received notification that he is coming back next week. Hopefully, he can remove the stain and correct the problems.we appreciate the effort and we are hopeful that this will work properly in the future.

I have been doing business with Charlie’s Wells Irrigation for the last 7 years. They are always prompt, highly trained and keep you in the loop every step of the way. They never try to up-sale you. He was here last year to replace a pump. He was able to repair all the issues today we were having. He even knew where the valve box was hiding! From the moment I made my first phone call and spoke with the receptionist to when their technician, Jamie, arrived right on time, the experience was excellent. Jamie was courteous from start to finish and answered all of my questions and concerns, which helped me shape my ideas with confidence. Having used other companies in the past, it is my sincere opinion that Charlie’s Wells & Irrigation is the company to trust for all well and irrigation needs. Their professionalism was top-notch. I’m very glad I called them.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. I got the rid o rust tank installed by them and within a few days the entire tank was leaking and they had to come back and fix it. They "fixed" it , and within a few weeks the system stopped working and kept getting air into it. They had to come back to fix that. Now it's happening again. We never had any issues with our sprinkler system until they installed the rid o rust system. I feel like this company is a scam. If you look at the other one star reviews it's the same story. Poor installation and they keep coming back to "fix" an issue then charge you for it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not use this company.

We had a full irrigation system installed by this company about two years ago and have had ongoing issues. During installation, the crew accidentally cut our wires—which can happen—but we were charged for the repair. Since then, the controller has repeatedly malfunctioned, including shorting out while we were away, causing hundreds of dollars in landscaping damage. It’s worth noting that when we first worked with Charlie and his original team, they were friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, it appears the company is now under new management, and the office staff have been rude and dismissive.
