Received a quote from this company in January and asked them to install in March/April which they agreed to. Never showed up and never returned our calls about installation. Ultimately went with another company who actually wanted our business. I do not recommend.

If you have plenty of patience and really don't care when your fence is installed and not concerned about communication and workers showing up at 3pm and working 3 hours most days then these are your people. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the materials used, so it's all about the execution which they are really lacking on.

I signed a quote via text (per their request) on 7/7 of this year. It is now September and my repair still has not been completed. I have been calling them once a week in between to try to get scheduled with no luck. They keep telling me they'll call me back and do not. At one point they even said we were scheduled for next week and they would call to confirm, but they never called. Jennifer is apparently the only one who can schedule and she will not respond to us. I even explained the situation to someone else via phone who promised us that Jennifer would call us back and she did not. I would not recommend that anyone use this company. We own a small business and I can't imagine treating customers this way.

Charlotte Fence Builders has been proven to be a company of professionalism and integrity. We brought them in on a large commercial project that required to be done quite quickly, due to some unforeseen difficulties and Charlotte Fence Builders stepped in, took on this project, and completed the project very efficiently allowing us to open for business as needed. I was very impressed with their diligence, as they knew of the importance to us in getting this fence project finished to allow us to open our business. Even though the supply chain has proven to be challenging, Charlotte Fence Builders moved rapidly to get materials needed and installed for us. Awful customer service! I had sent back signed paperwork to have a fence and driveway gate installed. I called to ask some questions regarding the gate, no one ever returned my call. I called again about confirming I was on the schedule for install and was told Jennifer would have to call me back. After a week of no return call, I gave my business to another company. I would be very cautious of using this company. I wish there was an option for no stars.
