I had lost water pressure in my house. Suspected frozen lines. Called John’s pump service in the evening after hours. The next morning I was called back and an appointment was set up. These folks did exactly what they said they would do and communicated clearly. They resolved the issue in a very timely fashion. I can do nothing but highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing and well-related issues. Excellent service.

Brittany and Jordan are awesome! They came out and fixed the wall plug for my electric range, connected my new water heater, and replaced my well pump. Very professional and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend them.

They worked hard for 2 days to get our main drain unclogged in an older home. They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after finished. I was concerned about cost but found them to be reasonably fair. Will absolutely use them again if needed. Recommended to me by family who know of several projects completed by them for others. Word of mouth speaks volumes in my book.

I loved the service I received. We had a plumbing leak and I was trying to get a warranty company to cover the cost and Brittany went above and beyond to write out the quote just how they wanted it and the two guys that came and did the work were great, and really friendly. I believe they were very reasonably priced.
