Amazing hotel, great staff! Will return!

1st and last time customer. They decided that $2.84 was more important than repeat customer. I am not much of one to post, but I cannot ignore poor customer service. A button came off during cleaning, took back to get replaced. Young lady said no problem that they would take care of it. Replaced button and charged me for another cleaning. The 2nd person said they were not responsible for lost buttons. Clean at your own risk.

Took my sons marching band uniform to be cleaned back in 2013 and Maiden magic cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning it. They had his uniform neatly cleaned, pressed and put it in a bag very neatly.. The staff was very friendly and courtesy and explained everything they did in a way to where I could understand them..I would recommend Maiden magic cleaners to anyone in Maiden and the surrounding counties.

Best cleaners I’ve ever been to and the owners are really nice!
