Don't. We arrived 30 minutes early and tried to park here for a show at the Chrysler Center. They let at least 50 too many cars in after the lot was full and caused us to miss the first part of the show.

The machine to pay was broken. It kept saying my card was declined. I called customer service and the woman was extremely rude with an attitude and no help at all. She repeatedly told me I didn't have the funds and my card wouldn't be declining if I had the money and she couldn't let me out. I couldn't even pay cash in the office. I have more than enough funds in my account. After it said my card was declined, my parking ticket was inside the machine and I had no other way to get it back. I ended up having to go to a different machine which charged me a $10 fee for a "lost" ticket. So instead of paying $3, I paid $13.

Overpriced and dangerous....only entrance is through the incoming parking garage after 9pm. A large group of us had our monthly meeting at Southern Eats. Six dollars plus is a bit overpriced in downtown Norfolk after 6pm

Car was broken they don’t monitor activity in the parking garage. Found the book bag I had in the car on the stair case and my car torn apart.
