Our basement Oil tank started leaking on a weekend, called all over the place and left messages. Come Monday morning Charlton called saying they could be here within the hour. Fabulous! Upon arrival I was given a price for draining, removing, replacing, and refilling my tank as the leaking one was almost full. They started right away, and within a few hours we had hot water and heat again! Both gentlemen were very professional, and hard working. Not a drop of oil landed on our basement carpet (wife was happy) when they hand carried the old tank out! We are extremely satisfied for the quick response and awesome service. Today, one of the drivers for this company flipped me off. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and thankfully I caught it on my dash cam. This awful experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’ll be showing this video to anyone who is considering paying for this company’s services.
