My wife and I moved to Charlton with our daughters in 2020, and we really don't know the town that well yet. Still figuring out the right people to call for different things. Woke up this morning with no water coming from our well. Long story short, it turns out that our 17-year-old pump was fried and we'd need a replacement. I called Charlton Well Company because their name was on the tank down in the basement. From the moment the office staff picked up until we had water flowing normally in our house was just about 4 hours. Amazing service from the nice lady on the phone to the two Ericks who came and did the work. During the drought my shallow well went dry. Charlton Well responded quickly and professionally. These guys worked their tails off for two days to get me back running again. They knew I was in need and did not raise the price. Excellent Company!!!!!
