I used Charter Oaks for the removal of a dead River Birch Tree that was very close to my home. The estimator came, was on time, and answered all my questions. He provided me a quote for cutting the tree down and removing the stump. I then asked him about three small stumps in the back of my property and he threw them in for the same price. I hired them and got on their schedule which was close to a month - a sign of a good company in my opinion. The crew came when they said they would and did a great job and left the area clean. The stump grinding was a few days later and they too did a great job. I hope to not lose any more trees, but Charter Oaks will be the first call if that happens.

The crew did great work from start to finish — professional, careful, and thorough with cleanup. I recommend the company. They made the process smooth and easy. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Pricing was reasonable. I didn’t have to be home for the estimate nor the tree removal. The workers arrived before 8 am. Took down a portion of my wooden fence. They put the fence back together when they were done. I can’t tell that it was removed. They cleaned up afterwards. I had them leave the stump. It’s actually beautiful to look 👀 at. 😊
