DO NOT PARK HERE! I bought PARKWHIZ parking thinking this garage would be convenient; its anything but that! The clearance is only 6' so anything but a tiny econo sedan is going to get demolished by the huge concrete beam hanging down on the first on ramp. I had to back my silverado down so I didn't turn it into a convertible. On the way out they refused to take my PARKWHIZ reservation so I ended up double paying for parking. 0 out of 10 SP+ Parking is a predatory parking company with awful facilities.

If there was an option to leave ZERO stars I would. This is the first time I ever took the time to leave a review anywhere, but this instance I felt like I owed a review. First of all, once you are applying for the membership, they swarm you with e-mails daily. But once you sign up for it, it's basically impossible to get a hold of any representative via phone or e-mail. I have left several e-mails and voicemails with no answer whatsoever. In the odd chance that you are able to get through to a representative, they are short and rude on the phone, as if they are doing you a favor in answering your questions. I am so happy that I made the switch between parking companies. Commuting to work can be stressful and what's even more stressful is to have to deal with pre paying for parking and then not having a spot to park in. The most stressful thing any business can do is not take accountability for their actions. With that being said when I called Secure Parking everyone was so efficient, friendly and helpful. MacKenzie, Hannah and Rob made things happen in less than a couple of hours versus my old parking company that could barely pick up the phone when I needed to resolve something. Parking has been good so far. Decent prices for monthly parking. Takes a little bit to hear back when signing up, but it's been worth it.
