Chastain Services & Custom Cabinetry

We requested estimates, someone came to the home and spent time with us and we were waiting for a call back so we could plan on the updates to the property. NO ONE ever called us back or emailed us. My sister called 3 different times and they told us they would call us back. Very unprofessional! We were willing to spend a lot of money and they did not have the courtesy to even call us back with any answers.

I contacted them almost a year ago and they still haven't gotten back in contact with me. A guy came out to my home and to give me a estimate. Weeks went by and I gave them a call back Because they told me they was going to give me a call whenever they figure out the numbers. It's been a year and I still haven't heard back from them .if I would've known my time was going to get waisted and I was going to get lied to I never would've left work early and I never would've contacted these people. I see them around town doing work the Caucasian people but they don't want to do any work for me. They did some work for Caucasian people in my neighborhood and didn’t stop back by to do the work I asked them to do .
