Very pleased with their service!

I called them when i discovered my AC blower was not working and we had no AC. The on good part on them is that they did send someone out right away to look at the unit. From there it was a circus. I was quoted a price of $1,200 to repair the AC. I specifically asked them what the price was going to be to fix the AC. The repair was made while we not at home. Once getting home we found we still had no AC. Called them back out and was told the motor they installed was the wrong one. How do you not know this prior?? Another motor was ordered, and a temp blower was installed. After about 3 weeks our part came in and was replaced. I then get a bill for $1,900!! They go to tell me that they simply quoted me the price for the motor. So, they quoted me the wrong price! They even went in and cleane

One star is to much. Called him on a Thursday he gave me a maybe for Friday. But a deffintaly for Tuesday for sometime that day. So I call him at four well we couldn't make it was his excuse. So I ask him so you don't call people to let them know he's answer was (well you know). With customer service this great why wouldn't you use them!

You might or might not get an estimate. Came, looked at my home for an estimate. That was the last I heard from them.
